Bid to reconnect split South Sudan families

The ICRC has launched a new bid to help South Sudanese family members trace missing relatives displaced by conflict.

The International Committee of the Red Cross has launched a website to help family members trace missing relatives displaced by conflict in South Sudan.

It has collected more than 16-hundred photographs of people in refugee camps in neighbouring countries.

Red Cross spokesman in South Sudan, Pawel Krzysiek told Adeshola Ore the initiative aims to help re-connect family members who may have resettled in countries further away, including Australia.
