Black Caps control Zimbabwe in second Test

New Zealand are well in control of the second Test against Zimbabwe.

New Zealand took control of the second Test against Zimbabwe on Monday after reducing the hosts to 5-185 at tea on the third day in reply to New Zealand's 4-582 (dec).

Zimbabwe resumed its first innings on 0-55 at Queens Sports Club and reached lunch at 3-107 before losing two key wickets.

Craig Ervine was undefeated on 48 while Test newcomer Peter Moor has 25.

Opener Chamu Chibhabha hit 60 before he was removed by Santner before lunch.

New Zealand leads the two-match series after winning the first Test by an innings and 117 runs.
