REPORTED BLACK LUNG CASES IN QUEENSLAND:

December 1, 2015 - Percy Verall, 72, Ipswich coalfields. State's first confirmed case in 30 years. Two unnamed cases from Vale-run Carborough Downs mine also confirmed

January, 2016 - Third unnamed case from Carborough Downs mine

January 12, 2016 - Keith Stoddart, 66, worked at Middlemount's Grasstree mine since 1970s

January 15, 2016 - 51-year-old former electrician, 6th confirmed case, worked in underground coalmines

May 13, 2016 - 55-year-old central Queensland man, 7th confirmed case, underground miner for 28 years

May 17, 2016 - Man in early 40s, worked in NSW and QLD mines. Announced by CFMEU, not confirmed by Department of Mines.

June 30, 2016 - 55-year-old, 8th confirmed case, worked at Bowen Basin mines for over 20 years

July 1, 2016 - 62-year-old Bowen Basin underground coalminer, 9th confirmed case.

July 1, 2016 - 39-year-old former Bowen Basin coalmine worker, 10th confirmed case

July 4, 2016 - 56-year-old man who worked at a underground coalmine in the Bowen Basin, 11th confirmed case
