The verdict on suspended FIFA president Sepp Blatter and UEFA boss Michel Platini will be announced on Monday, a spokesman for the adjudicatory chamber of the FIFA ethics committee has announced.
Spokesman Marc Tenbuecken on Friday said the chamber headed by German Jans-Joachim Eckert will deliberate on the weekend "and publish its verdict on Monday".
Blatter and Platini face life bans if found guilty of corruption - or bans over several years in the case of conflict of interest - in connection with a "disloyal payment" of $US2 million ($A2.81 million) Platini received for FIFA work done between 1998 and 2002.
Blatter attended a hearing Thursday while Platini was represented by his lawyer on Friday.
Both men protest their innocence and while admitting that there was no written contract they say they had a verbal agreement.
A ban would end Platini's ambition to succeed Blatter as FIFA boss in February.
