Blues return for Mitchell Starc

In-form paceman Mitchell Starc will return to the NSW attack for Sunday's One Day Cup match against Victoria at North Sydney Oval.

Rested for Friday's game against Queensland, Starc will replace Doug Bollinger in the Blues' squad of 14 for the remainder of the tournament.

The 25-year-old left-arm quick is currently the leading wicket-taker in the 2015/16 competition with 19 scalps at the remarkable average of six and has taken four wickets or more in each of his past six Blues appearances.

Sunday's fixture will be NSW's last preliminary round match.

With 26 competition points from five matches, including six bonus points, they are already guaranteed a place in the October 25 final.

NSW Squad: Steve Smith (c), Sean Abbott, Ryan Carters, Ed Cowan, Josh Hazlewood, Moises Henriques, Nathan Lyon, Nic Maddinson, Peter Nevill, Stephen OKeefe, Kurtis Patterson, Gurinder Sandhu, Mitchell Starc, Shane Watson. The final XI will be named at the toss.
