A seven-year-old girl in Germany was given a scare when she opened a toilet seat to find a boa constrictor staring back at her.
Her mother called the police, who took photos and alerted animal rescue experts in Hanover.
But before they arrived, the snake disappeared back down the sewage pipe. They said it was probably an escaped pet.
