Drilling and mining services company welcomes two new board members, says goodbye to another and gives a departure date for its CEO.

Global drilling and mining services company Boart Longyear is reshuffling its board.

Deborah O'Toole and Jeffrey Long will join the board while Conor Tochilin will leave it, effective October 1.

Boart Longyear, whose net loss blew out to $US152.3 million for the six months to June 30, on Wednesday also announced an October 30 departure date for its chief executive Richard O'Brien.
