The body of a 77-year-old southeast Queensland man who was feared lost in floodwaters has been found, becoming the state's first victim following ex-tropical cyclone Debbie.

Eagleby man Nelson Raebel was found not far from where he was last seen on Friday afternoon near Eagelby Road, police said.

Emergency crews made the discovery about 3.50pm on Saturday.

Three others are still missing in Queensland, including 50-year-old Mondure man David Heidemann and a man in his 60s who went bushwalking at Lamington National Park.

Further south, the destructive floodwaters have claimed the lives of at least two people in NSW.
