Australian centre Andrew Bogut has suffered a toe injury in Golden State's 130-112 NBA victory over the Dallas Mavericks on Friday.

The Warriors centre strained a toe on his left foot early in the victory and didn't return to the court, although early reports suggest his X-rays showed no break.

Warriors coach Steve Kerr said Bogut is unlikely to play when the team take on second-placed San Antonio on Saturday.

This is Bogut's second injury this season after he suffered an achilles tendon problem earlier in the year.

Bogut is averaging 5.6 points, seven rebounds and 1.5 blocks per game this season.
