A small, improvised bomb exploded overnight in an industrial zone of Vitoria in Spain's Basque region, local police told AFP Thursday, attributing the attack to ETA sympathisers.
The bomb, which police described as a home-made device, exploded at 01:25 am (2325 GMT) Thursday, breaking windows and causing minor damage to nearby industrial buildings, said a Basque police spokesman.
The attack follows ETA's declaration of a ceasfire in early September. The group said it "will not carry out armed offensive actions", in a video announcement sent to the BBC and the pro-independence Basque daily Gara on Sunday.
