Win lose or draw, it'll be a huge achievement for a boxer who has overcome several obstacles enroute to title contention..
Over the past three years Di Prazac, the super-featherweight, has steam-rolled no less than 14 opponents in a brief but devastating amateur and professional career.
Now she's steeling herself for a tilt at a world title
"The only thing that goes through my mind from the moment I wake up to the moment I go to sleep is that fight - I can't think of anything else", she says.
And it's a dream that trainer and former professional fighter Mick Hargraves says can come true
"She's got what it takes to be a world champion", he says. "She's a steam-train mate: skillful, she hardly gets hit, she doesn't stop."
The 32-year old attributes her fighting spirit to lessons learned from her Croatian immigrant parents.
"Mum and Dad pretty much instilled in us the fact that if we want something, it's up to us to get it. It's not going to be given to us on a plate."
Di hasn't always been lean and tough. The self confessed former-party girl once tipped the scales at a tick over 90kg.
She joined the Boxing-Fit gym to lose weight, fell in love with the sport, and changed her life.
"It's not just about my weight, it's about my lack of self esteem", she says. "I just wasn't happy with me. A lot of people say it's a brutal terrible sport but it's saved my life.
And in late September, it might just deliver a world title.
