Boy, 11, to face WA court on murder charge

An 11-year-old boy charged with murder over the death of a 26-year-old man following a train station brawl is scheduled to face court.

An 11-year-old boy is due to face court on a murder charge after a man died following a brawl at a Perth train station.

The 26-year-old victim died in hospital after the assault in the early hours of January 27.

The child was arrested on Friday and is the fourth person to be charged in relation to the death.

He has been remanded in custody and is scheduled to appear in the Perth Children's Court later on Monday.
