Manny Pacquiao's long-time advisor reckons there will be no hometown advantage for Jeff Horn in the 'Battle of Brisbane', claiming most of the crowd will be cheering for the Filipino great.
Michael Koncz has also assured Pacquiao is not taking Horn lightly, despite being criticised for a dismissive attitude towards the unbeaten Australian welterweight.
Pacquiao and Horn are on a nationwide promotional tour for the event, which could set a new attendance record at Suncorp Stadium if hopes for a 55,000-strong crowd come true.
But Koncz, who has been looking after Pacquiao's affairs for nearly 14 years, warned those fans will not be on Horn's side.
"You'll see on July 2, I think the crowd will be favouring Manny," Koncz said.
"We're happy to be here, it's going to be a great experience, not only for us but the city itself.
"And the rest of the world will see that and I think we're going to get a lot more offers to go to different countries once they see how successful this fight's going to be."
Koncz said he was not skeptical about the idea of bringing Pacquiao to Australia but was simply doing his job when he pursued a $38 million payday for Pacquiao for a mooted fight with Amir Khan in the United Arab Emirates earlier this year.
He insisted that option was not dead and said he might even consider bringing Khan-Pacquiao to Australia if their first venture against Horn proves a success.
"I have a deal in place with Amir, so we're still working on a venue. Who knows?" Koncz said.
"I already told Dean (Lonergan) that, you have to see what happens here.
"But it's all about money at this stage. It's not greed, people can call it what they want but I think it's just smart business.
"My job is to get the best economic package together, especially at this stage of his career. We're not done yet, but it's coming close to an end."
Koncz warned Pacquiao was keen to prove a point against Horn.
"He won't predict a knockout but he wants to show people that he's not old and he's not done," he said.
"I don't know if the fight's going to go one round, two rounds, five rounds, but the style of Jeff Horn is perfect for Manny.
"It will be an entertaining fight for whatever length or period of time it goes."
