Keeping a winning team together will be Brisbane's next challenge after they claimed the inaugural NRL Women's Premiership title with a 34-12 grand final romp over the Sydney Roosters at ANZ Stadium.

Five-eighth Kimiora Nati received the first Karyn Murphy Medal for best on ground on Sunday after a three-try display that ensured the Broncos cruised through the maiden season undefeated.

Brisbane claimed four straight wins to set a daunting benchmark for next year, one that coach Paul Dyer admitted would be tough to meet, with veteran props Steph Hancock and Heather Ballinger contemplating retirement.

"You've just got to back the culture of the team, that they want to be a part of that again," Dyer said of retaining his team.

"But I am hoping a large percentage will want to be back here next year."

Broncos captain Ali Brigginshaw admitted she was unsure of how many players would return.

"For Steph and Heff (Ballinger), it may be their last game so it means a lot to me - this team may not be together again," she said.

"We wanted to embrace the moment together."

Kiwi international Nati was the standout in front of 16,214 fans, nabbing a hat-trick thanks to the NRLW's first penalty try.

It came in the 18th minute after Roosters winger Taleena Simon kicked the ball out of Nati's hands as she crashed over off a Brigginshaw grubber to make it 18-6.

Roosters coach Adam Hartigan said the decision "broke" his side.

"In the first half we were shell-shocked. Looking back now I think we were just happy to be there," he said.

The Roosters were hampered by injuries to Simon (ankle) and Jillaroos centre Isabelle Kelly, who refused to go off with a knee injury.

The Broncos finished the season with a remarkable 110-30 points differential.

In contrast, the Roosters only scraped into the grand final on points differential with one win - a 26-0 blitz of St George Illawarra last week - and the difference in class soon showed.
