Manly will return to Brookvale Oval against Newcastle on Sunday, after the venue's playing surface was given the all clear by the NRL on Tuesday.
Player safety issues were raised over the condition of the sandy Brookvale Oval surface in the Sea Eagles' round three fixture against Canterbury.
Since then Manly have taken their round five home fixture to Albury and played three successive away games, allowing Brookvale to recover in time for the Knights match.
Warringah Council said a disease had affected the playing surface and closed the venue from March 27 to April 7 to allow it to undergo maintenance and chemical treatment.
"NRL officials met with representatives from the Sea Eagles and council at Brookvale Oval this morning to inspect the surface. The NRL were satisfied with the recovery of the grass and the playing field," Manly said in a statement on Tuesday.
