Liberal National Party candidate Mal Brough has again evaded questions about his role in a sexual harassment case involving his political rival.
Mr Brough is contesting former Speaker Peter Slipper's Sunshine Coast seat of Fisher for the LNP at the federal election on Saturday.
Mr Slipper had 13 questions for Mr Brough, about his involvement in former staffer James Ashby's sexual harassment law suit against the former speaker, published in the Sunshine Coast Daily newspaper on Wednesday.
Federal Court judge Steven Rares ruled in December that Mr Ashby had "pursued a political attack" against his former boss "in combination" with others, including Mr Brough.
But Mr Brough has refused to answer any questions or comment on the issue.

"Mr Slipper talks about anything other than the electorate. I will focus on job security and the cost of living and trying to deliver a more positive and prosperous Sunshine Coast," Mr Brough told AAP.
When probed further he said: "There is nothing else, that's it."
Mr Slipper claimed the electorate was interested in what Mr Brough had said about his involvement in the Ashby affair.
"To date, Mr Brough has refused to answer these questions which are of great public interest to the people of Fisher," he said in a statement.
"The government will change on Saturday anyway and Mr Brough should not be rewarded for his role in Ashbygate."
Mining magnate and political aspirant Clive Palmer has recently claimed Mr Brough had approached him over funding Mr Ashby's lawsuit.
Mr Brough, a Howard government-era minister, has denied Mr Palmer's allegations and any wrongdoing in the Ashby case.
