Pragmatic Sydney AFL coach John Longmire says finals talk isn't being bandied around by the Swans despite their impressive 104-point win over Fremantle at the SCG on Saturday.
Sydney kicked 16 of the first 17 goals in front of a season-high home crowd of 39,281 as they charged to a 22.11 (143) to 5.9 (39) victory.
It is Sydney's highest score of the season and their biggest winning margin and the heaviest defeat of coach Ross Lyon's career.
Spearhead Lance Franklin bounced back to form, kicking four goals, all in the first half.
Franklin, who was held to just one goal in each of Sydney's last two games, collected 24 touches, eight marks and 12 contested possessions as the Swans racked up a 12th win from their past 14 games.
The Swans' relentless pressure proved too much for a Fremantle side who couldn't match the home team's hunger or work rate.
The Dockers crashed to their equal sixth-biggest loss.
Swans captain and gun midfielder Josh Kennedy is expected back from a hamstring injury for next Friday's away clash with ladder-leading Adelaide..
Even if they lose, Sydney should secure a finals spot the following week when they are at home to lowly Carlton.
But the prospect of making history by rebounding from a 0-6 start to play in September hasn't generated any finals talk in the Swans' inner sanctum.
"No not yet," Longmire said.
"We've got a big job this week and our players are rolling their sleeves up and working the way that they worked today that's fantastic.
"But the facts are we need to keep going.
"We go to Adelaide next week and play on a ground that is a real challenge and also against a team that's the best in the competition at the moment and we look forward to that."

Seven Sydney players kicked two or more goals with 12 bagging at least one major and 10 players notched at least 20 touches. .
Nat Fyfe stood tall for Fremantle collecting 28 touches, including a match-high 17 possessions.

Ball magnet Lachie Neale tallied only nine touches and was sore according to Dockers coach Ross Lyon.
Lyon was disappointed his side didn't compete to the required level.
He drew some solace from losing the second half by 29 points after being 75 down at halftime, when they had kicked just one goal.
"I thought there was enough character that got shown," Lyon said.
The only injury concern for Sydney is defender Nic Newman, who hyper-extended his knee.
