Bulls roll Vics by 100 runs

Queensland have beaten Victoria by 100 runs in their top of the table Sheffield Shield clash at the Gabba on Monday.

Queensland have sealed a 100-run win in their top of the table Sheffield Shield clash with Victoria at the Gabba on Monday.

Midway on day three, the Bushrangers were bowled out for 127 chasing 228 for victory.

Former Bulls captain James Hopes (4-43) and allrounder Jack Wildermuth (3-26) did the damage with the ball.

Rob Quiney (53) was the only Bushranger to show resistance with the bat.

Second placed Queensland are now less than one point behind ladder leaders Victoria with one round left before the final.
