At least 20 people have died and 11 others are in a critical condition after a Turkish tour bus tipped over at a bend on a high cliff road.

At least 20 people have died and 11 others are in a critical condition after a Turkish tour bus crash.

The bus tipped over at a bend on a high cliff road as it was travelling from the coastal province of Izmir to the resort town of Marmaris, authorities said on Saturday.

They said the passengers were all Turkish.
