A bushfire in South Australia's southeast has destroyed farm sheds and threatened one house before being brought under control.
The blaze at Keith was among a number across SA on Friday as the state sweltered through a second day of very hot conditions.
Crews remained on the scene to strengthen control lines amid concerns changing conditions could pose a new threat.
Another fire on Kangaroo Island destroyed more than 1200 hectares of scrub and while still burning, no longer posed a threat to lives and homes.
The Country Fire Service downgraded its emergency warning for the fire at Gosse, on the island's southern coast, to a Watch and Act message.

Almost 100 firefighters, including 55 from mainland South Australia, continue to battle the blaze with authorities cautious ahead of an expected wind change later on Friday.
They were being supported by four fire bombing aircraft.
Prevailing conditions were pushing the fire southeast towards Vivonne Bay but the late afternoon wind shift could change its direction.
Other fires at Naracoorte, in the southeast, and at Templers were also contained as temperatures surged into the low 40s in some regional centres and close to 40C in Adelaide.
The Bureau of Meteorology said a change was moving across the state, bringing milder conditions over the weekend.
