The Federal Government is spruiking its carbon tax, which is set to take effect this Sunday.

But not everyone's is eager to see it launched.

Many businesses and households are nervously waiting to see whether they will be better off, as the government claims, or whether they'll have to pay more for everyday costs.

Jeannette Francis reports from "Australia's first zero-carbon building", so-called because it will source its energy from renewable resources.
