Businesses reopen in Libya

A few months ago the streets were almost deserted, but now the Libyan capital's notorious traffic jams are back and Tripoli residents say it is a sign that life is returning to normal.

CNN's Jomana Karadsheh reports that local businesses are reopening and some foreign companies, which evacuated its ex-patriot staff during the uprising a year ago, are now resuming trade.

But while there has been no violence targeting foreigners in Libya following the revolution, there are still many foreign companies thatare reluctant to return because of the fragile security situation.
