The Daily Telegraph says the former transport minister made a full disclosure to the premier yesterday afternoon after he was caught driving his ministerial car to visit a gay bathhouse on Tuesday.
The paper says several ministers had been aware of Mr Campbell's visits to gay clubs for a while.
