Cape York: Aurukun's revolution

The Cape York community of Aurukun was once known as Beirut.

With social problems ranging from violence to alcoholism and sexual abuse the town was never far from the headlines.

But there's been a revolution in Aurukun.

A controversial, tough love, welfare reform program is now in place, and it has turned the community around.
