Carlton re-sign Dale Thomas in AFL

Veteran Dale Thomas has signed a one-year contract extension with Carlton in the AFL.

AFL veterans Dale Thomas and Kade Simpson have signed contract extensions with Carlton.

The 30-year-old Thomas and 33-year-old Simpson are among five Blues players who have inked fresh deals.

All Australian Sam Docherty, Jed Lamb and Jack Silvagni have also extended their contracts.
