Geelong star Harry Taylor is in some doubt for the big AFL clash against Adelaide as he still feels the affects of a foot injury.
Taylor had his second game back from the problem in last week's win over Sydney and kicked the goal that sealed the result.
But coach Chris Scott is unsure about the tall utility's availability.
"From our senior team, we've got a couple that we need to monitor," Scott said on Monday.
"Taylor's a bit sore, we just need to monitor that situation.
"Harry just got a bit sore really late in the game.
"I'm not exactly sure of the extent of the issue, but it'll become clearer over the next 24 hours."
If Taylor is ruled out, ruckman Ryan Abbott could become Geelong's seventh AFL debutant this year.
Abbott did not play in the VFL last weekend, but he has been in strong form and Scott said he is in the selection mix for the Crows match.
Midfielder Jordan Murdoch also needs to prove his availability after suffering a head knock against the Swans.
But forward Dan Menzel is a big chance to return from a groin injury and play his first AFL game since round five.
"He's well and truly in that mix - more likely at this stage," Scott said of Menzel.
"There's a little bit a doubt, but more probable, it's fair to say."
The Crows will be without Richard Douglas, who hurt his ankle late in Friday night's loss to Richmond.
Adelaide expect he will be out of action for about a fortnight.
Key defender Daniel Talia was hobbled by a foot sprain early in the Richmond match, but he played out the game.
The Crows are hopeful he will be ready for the Cats match, which they must win to keep their slim finals hopes alive.
All Australian forward Eddie Betts (hamstring) and Cam Ellis-Yolmen (quad) will push their cases for senior recalls at Tuesday training.
