A group of children have banded together to call on Prime Minister Scott Morrison to "save the children" on Nauru as part of the Kids off Nauru public petition and campaign.
The kids plead with the prime minister in a powerful video to allow the children to be transferred off Nauru for urgent medical attention.
Every child who appears in the campaign has befriended a child on Nauru and sent them letters and presents.
'Prime Minister, there are more than a hundred kids on Nauru who really need your help," one of the children in the Save the Kids on Nauru video said.

'A girl like me, like your kids, prime minister, who has been trapped on Nauru for five years doused herself in petrol and tried to set herself alight.
"Doctors who are helping them said their detention amounts to a form of torture."
"These children will start dying if you don't save them. Please, prime minister, please save these kids," it finished.
The video was produced by President of the Australian Council of Churches Philip Huggins and filmmaker Richard Keddie.
The video followed comedian Judith Lucy's message to politicians on Twitter demanding children be taken off the Nauru regional processing centre.
It's also part of the public petition and campaign, #kidsoffnauru.
On Monday, a letter - signed by thousands of doctors - called for Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison to listen to their calls to transfer the refugee children and their families off Nauru for urgent medical attention.
About five per cent of all registered doctors in Australia signed the letter that was delivered to Mr Morrison in Canberra on Monday.
Almost 6000 doctors are demanding the government remove the 80 children from Nauru because of serious mental and physical health concerns.
