Victoria Premier Daniel Andrews says he's confident any problems with the China Free Trade Agreement can be worked through.
The Labor premier flagged issues with dispute resolution between businesses but said his recent trip to China convinced him it is the right thing for Victorian jobs.
"I've made my position very clear and I've seen first hand the benefits that will come to Victorian workers," he told 3AW on Friday.
"I think there are serious issues that are outstanding but I am confident they can be worked through and the sooner they are, the better."
