China suspends nuclear plant approvals

Japan's nuclear crisis has reverberated throughout atomic power-friendly countries, including energy- hungry China.

The Chinese government is suspending the approval of any new nuclear power plants.

It has also stepped up the monitoring of radiation levels across the country. Cassandra Hill reports.
