The Commonwealth Heads of Government meeting has concluded in Perth, amid criticism it fell short on significant reform of the organisation - particularly in the area of human rights.
The CHOGM approved a Commonwealth charter and a stronger role for the so-called Ministerial Action Group.
However, as Sacha Payne reports, leaders have not accepted the proposed appointment of a Commonwealth human rights commissioner.
