CHOGM security rehearsals underway

Rehearsals are underway in Perth for the massive security operation for the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting in the city later this month.

The operation involves about 2000 West Australian police, reinforced by about another 1000 from interstate and New Zealand.

They're being backed by more than 1000 Australian Defence Force personnel, with helicopters and other special equipment.
