Clarification: 'Stoning of the Devil' at the Hajj

On October 25, World News Australia stated that Muslim pilgrims attending the Hajj in Mecca cast stones at the Kaaba.

This is incorrect. The casting of stones, or “Stoning of the Devil” takes place some distance from the Kaaba, at Mina, and the stones are cast at three pillars.
