A union that represents cleaners says it has confirmation that a major cleaning company has been underpaying workers.

The union, United Voice, says the Fair Work Commission has forced Glad Group to disclose its arrangements with sub-contractors, who it says pay employees well below the required rate of $24 per hour.

United Voice secretary Jess Walsh told Andi Yu, it means some cleaners are missing out by up to $15,000 per year.
