Ms Clinton will be in Australia from Sunday as part of the annual AUSMIN (Australia-United States Ministerial) meetings during which the two nations primarily discuss defence and security matters.
The forum has been organised by the ABC and will involve an audience of under 35-years-old in a style not dissimilar to the Q&A program.

Ms Clinton was involved in a similar forum in Cambodia last week.
The former first lady will also take questions from the internet.
The program will not be broadcast live but will be aired on Sunday at 6pm (AEDT) on the internet, ABC Radio and Television.
