Cofidis rider arrested as police raid team hotel

A French rider from the Cofidis team competing on the Tour de France has been arrested and two other unidentified men have been taken into custody in Marseille in connection with an alleged case of doping, the court confirmed.

A French rider from the Cofidis team competing on the Tour de France has been arrested and two other unidentified men have been taken into custody in Marseille in connection with an alleged case of doping, the court confirmed.

Earlier police raided the Cofidis cycling team hotel at Bourg-en-Bresse, during the first rest day of the Tour de France.
