US health officials are warning of the dangers of synthetic marijuana use, after the deaths of at least three people in the past year.

Synthetic marijuana is made of chemical compounds sprayed on plant leaves that are dried, making it look like natural cannabis.

It is sold in packages legally in the US, but health officials want it taken off the shelves after reports the product may cause hallucinations, heart issues and even death.
