'Confusing day for Assange team'

WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange, charged with sex crimes in Sweden, has been granted bail by a British judge.

Yet he remains in prison after Swedish authorities appealed the decision.

Davis said the world will likely will see if the decision to grant bail will be upheld on Thursday or Friday
