Convicted triple murderer Max Sica's appeal against his conviction and sentence has been dismissed.

43-year-old Sica was last year convicted of the murders of his former girlfriend Neelma Singh, 24, and her siblings 18-year-old Kunal and 12-year-old Sidhi.

He was sentenced to a non-parole period of 35 years, the longest term ever ordered in Queensland.

Members of the Sica family were in court and his mother and father protested loudly after Justice John Muir delivered the judgment.

"There is no justice. Shame on you," Sica's father Carlo Sica called out.

Outside court the family said they would appeal to the High Court.

"We've lost the battle but not the war," Sica's brother Claudio Sica told reporters.
