Corpse discovered on top of Berlin train

The body of a man has been found on the top of a subway train in Berlin with police believing he may have hit his head as it travelled between stations.

The corpse of a 22-year-old man has been discovered on top of an underground train in Berlin, police say.

Initial findings indicate that he had climbed on to the roof of the train and hit his head on a steel girder as it travelled between stations.

A passenger on the platform at the Moeckernbruecke station in central Berlin noticed the body on the top of a carriage about 2am local time on Saturday morning.
