Corroboree Festival underway in Sydney

A new annual Indigenous festival has begun in Sydney incorporating some of the city's most famous harbour attractions.

A new annual Indigenous festival has begun in Sydney incorporating some of the city's most famous harbour attractions.

 

The Corroboree Festival includes performances and exhibitions at locations including the Bangarra Dance Theatre, the Museum of Contemporary Art and the Sydney Opera House.

 

The festival is being supported by the New South Wales government and puts on display Indigenous talent from around the country.

 

Corroboree Festival's creative director Hetti Perkins spoke with Darren Mara about the event.
