AFL star Ben Cousins remains in intensive care, after what his Richmond club has described as an adverse reaction to a sleeping pill.
Cousins was taken to the Epsworth Hospital by ambulance yesterday morning, when his girlfriend was unable to rouse him.
The AFL player spent the night sedated, and is reportedly on a respirator.

Richmond football manager Craig Cameron says Cousins may have taken the sleeping pill on Sunday night to help him come down after the Tigers beat Sydney at the MCG on Sunday.
Cousins is a recovering drug addict, but Richmond says there's no suggestion this latest incident is linked to the player's troubled past.
