CPL match marred by Cutting gesture

Australia's Ben Cutting was on the end of a double finger salute after he was bowled out by Pakistani Sohail Tanvir in the Caribbean Premier League.

Australian Ben Cutting has been involved in an ugly incident in the Caribbean Premier League, receiving a double finger salute after being dismissed by Pakistani bowler Sohail Tanvir.

Tanvir was caught on camera raising the middle finger of both his hands in Cutting's direction after bowling him out with a yorker one ball after being hit for six on his previous delivery.

The former Australian all-rounder made 15 off 14 balls playing for St Kitts & Nevis Patriots against the Guyana Amazon Warriors in the T20 tournament.

Australian Chris Lynn, who is also playing in the CPL for the Trinbago Knight Riders, took to social media to slam the gesture.

"Pathetic send off from Tanvir," he tweeted.

Guyana won the match by six wickets.
