Crowded House play fourth Opera House show

Having sold out three gigs on the steps of the iconic building, the Australian/New Zealand band have added a fourth night to their Encore concerts in November.

Who knew that two gigs on the steps of the Sydney Opera House, in front of a total of 10,000 people, wouldn't be enough for Crowded House fans?

After the first two selling out, the Australian/New Zealand band have added a third gig which falls exactly 20 years to the day of their Farewell to the World concert in the same spot, which they performed before more than 100,000 people in 1996.

Once that one sold out on Wednesday, the band then announced a fourth "Encore" concert to take place on Sunday, November 27.

As of 2pm on Wednesday, those tickets have also been up for grabs.

The concerts fall in the same week the iconic band will be inducted into the ARIA Hall of Fame at the ARIA Awards in November.
