Crows not thinking top four yet: Lyons

Adelaide onballer Jarryd Lyons says the AFL season is too close for the fifth-placed Crows to be thinking of a top-four finish.

Adelaide midfielder Jarryd Lyons has cautioned his AFL teammates against thinking about a possible top-four finish.

The Crows beat Melbourne at the MCG on Sunday to rise to fifth on the ladder but Lyons says the Crows aren't looking too far ahead.

"We just want to make the finals before we start talking about top four, it's so close - you drop a couple of games here and there and all of a sudden you're out of the eight," he told reporters on Monday.
