Cycling - Team Sky's Viviani wins Romandie stage three

Switzerland (Reuters) - Italian Elia Viviani won the third stage of the Tour de Romandie at the end of a 180-km ride around Payerne on Friday.

The Team Sky rider outsprinted compatriot Sonny Colbrelli (Bahrain-Merida) and German Michael Schwartzmann (Bora-Hansgrohe).

Italian Fabio Felline (Trek-Segafredo) retained the overall lead.
