Damaging storm to sweep across SA

The weather bureau has issued a warning for a damaging thunderstorm near Adelaide.

A severe thunderstorm warning has been issued for the Mt Lofty Ranges and areas southeast of Adelaide.

The severe storm is likely to produce damaging wind gusts of around 90 km/h for several hours, the Bureau of Meteorology says.

Locations which may be affected include Murray Bridge, Lameroo, Karoonda, Keith, Tailem Bend and Coonalpyn.
