West Coast defender Darren Glass has the chance to become the club's longest-serving captain after retaining his role as skipper for a seventh straight AFL season.
But injury-plagued veteran Beau Waters has stood down from the vice-captaincy after suffering yet another setback with his reconstructed shoulder.
Forward Josh Kennedy and midfielder Scott Selwood have been announced as vice-captains, while Dean Cox and Matt Priddis round out the leadership group.
Glass, who took over as skipper at the end of 2007, has captained his side 121 times, placing him just 17 games shy of the benchmark set by John Worsfold.
The 32-year-old said he was thrilled to be voted captain by his teammates again.

"It is something I cherish," said Glass, who has won three club champion awards and four All-Australia guernseys.
"Having said that, I have said in the last couple of years that if my teammates felt there was someone better to lead them, then I would step aside.
"I never take the position for granted and, with my teammates deciding they wanted me to continue and subsequent endorsement from the match committee and board, I am thrilled to captain the club again in 2014."
Waters had been the team's vice-captain for the previous three years, but decided to stand down after dislocating his reconstructed right shoulder last week.
The 27-year-old could miss several months if he undergoes another round of surgery.
"While he has stepped aside to focus on getting his body right, there is no reason why he cannot resume a leadership role in the future," Eagles chairman Alan Cransberg said.
West Coast missed the finals last year, but are aiming to surge back into the top eight under new coach Adam Simpson.
