It's been a dramatic road to fame for rising music star Yeon Mi Park.

The 20-year-old escaped hunger and poverty in North Korea to find a home, and celebrity, just across the border in South Korea.

Yeon Mi Park shares her tale of survival and success with SBS' Mary Anne Jolley, including her family's journey through China to reach their final destination - Seoul.
