WHAT THE COALITION WANTS TO TALK ABOUT

The prime minister is expected to focus on job creation, promising 250,000 extra jobs for young Australians and 10 training hubs in areas of high youth unemployment.

WHAT LABOR WANTS TO TALK ABOUT:

Labor has vowed an extra $2.8 billion for health funding for the states, arguing this is the amount they will lose under the coalition.

WHAT IS MAKING NEWS:

* Not much so far for a Sunday

* Greens leader Richard di Natale will be interviewed on ABC Insiders, then will campaign in Kooyong with candidate Julian Burnside

- Finance Minister Mathias Cormann on the $387 billion of taxes the coalition says Labor will impose on the economy, a figure Treasury said it did not provide when doing individual costings of proposed policies.
