Jason Day and Adam Scott are reuniting to represent Australia in the World Cup of Golf title in Kingston Heath in Melbourne in November.
The pair, who both skipped the Rio Olympics, will defend the team title they won in 2013 at Royal Melbourne the last time the World Cup was staged.
"It should bring a lot of great teams into Australia to represent their country and I'm looking forward to Scotty and myself defending," said world No.1 Day in a teleconference on Tuesday.
The Australians head a strong field which boasts 12 of the world's top 50 players - including current Masters champion Danny Willett of England and two-time Masters champion Bubba Watson of the US.
The visit will mark Watson's return to Melbourne, after he was part of the US team that won the Presidents Cup at Royal Melbourne in 2011.

"I've been wanting to make the World Cup of Golf team for a while," Watson said.
"I love going to Australia, the sandbelt courses are awesome.
"They normally play super fast and you have to be creative to play well which suits my game."
However Day believes the design of the Kingston Heath course is also likely to play into his own hands for the November 23-27 tournament.
"I'm always excited to go back and play the sandbelt golf courses," Day said.
"Not only because of a shot-making, golf course strategy-wise kind of deal but also you've got to have the creativity and the touch, and the imagination of attacking certain pins."
